Learn more about Mimi on her website (www.mimibudnick.com/) and read her bio below!

Mimi Budnick is a queer yoga teacher and herbalist based in Providence, Rhode Island who draws from her long history as a community organizer and adult educator to connect with her students and create an environment that feels open and welcoming.

Mimi has been a student of yoga since 2001 and received her Vinyasa teacher certification in 2010 from Tom Gillette at Eyes of the World. Eventually gravitating to the more subtle sides of yoga, Mimi has done intensive study in trauma sensitive yoga, yin, and restorative yoga. Mimi is certified as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant through the American Institute of Vedic studies and has recently begun the pathway to becoming a clinical herbalist at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism.
