Ashley Lauren Frith is a violist, singer, songwriter, facilitator of belonging and music educator. With a focus on care partnerships, all her work is infused with an anti-racist praxis, particularly addressing how racism affects our individual and collective interiority as it amplifies all other forms of oppression. Her work is held and supported by a contemplative end of life Zen practice and yogic and somatic training, and is driven by deep healing and total liberation for all beings. Currently, Ashley is the Facilitator of Community Culture and Being(ness) at Community MusicWorks here in Providence, a faculty member of the LA Philharmonic’s YOLA National Institute, and writes music for theatre.
Luis Gilberto is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and performer from the Dominican Republic. He has collaborated with renowned artists such as Pitbull and Pedro Capó, showcasing his versatility and global reach. An accomplished musician and educator, Luis was awarded the World Tour Scholarship from Berklee College of Music, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Writing and Production. He also completed a Sound Engineering program at SAE Institute of Technology New York. Fluent in the language of music, Luis is a lifelong student and researcher of Classical, Blues, Jazz, Rock, and Música Latina, with a deep focus on guitar performance. Proceeds from Rosé in the Roses will directly benefit the invaluable work of the Roger Williams Park Conservancy, ensuring that the nonprofit organization can continue to offer free programs for the community. These programs engage people of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a sense of community. Neighbors and partners come together, connect, and build relationships through shared experiences in the parks.

MARKETING REACH
In addition to in-person audiences the Conservancy’s events generate roughly 500,000 impressions through its website, social media marketing, emails, and locally distributed promotional material. The Conservancy expects an additional 200,000 impressions via earned media in English and Spanish. Our audience is multicultural, primarily based in Rhode Island, and is typically age 30 and older.
