Books and Banter Book Club

Join us for a discussion on Lisa See’s historical fiction novel that follows the lifelong friendship between two girls in Jeju, Korea.

This story covers decades of Korean history and political conflict through the perspective of an all-female diving collective, the haenyeo, as well as explores themes of friendship, betrayal, and forgiveness.
