Beginner Tai Chi at the Botanical Center

Tai Chi is a rejuvenating art practiced for its proven evidence-based benefits. Certified instructor Colleen Shea will lead a beginner-friendly class focused on Sun Style Tai Chi.

Classes are sponsored by AARP/RI in collaboration with City of Providence Fitness in the Parks, meaning they are free for all participants.
Note: There is a required $5 admission fee for the Botanical Center paid onsite at the ticket booth.

Be Balanced Tai Chi and Qigong, LLC
All Fitness in the Parks program participants must complete a waiver before participating in their first activity. Waivers can be turned in to the instructor of the first class you attend. Download Providence Park Activities Waiver.
