Sunset Strolls in Roger Williams Park Thursday March 28th,  6:30 - 7:30 Meet at the RWP Museum of Natural History Join in a community walk to appreciate the sunsets as seen from the beauty in Providence's beautiful back yard "Roger Williams Park".  Wear Sturdy Footwear and dress for the weather. No registration necessary.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.
