Origami Peace Birds Workshop

Workshop on Saturday February 24th, 11:00 – 12:00 

at the Roger Williams Park Gateway Center

Join Phil, local musician, community gardener and neighbor of the Park, to learn how to create your own origami peace birds at the Roger Williams Park Gateway Center.

The workshop is free, but registration is required as space is limited. Email [email protected]

This workshop in coordination with the Origami Peace Bird Scavanger Hunt happening throughout the park February 12th – March 2nd. Explore the trails and pathways throughout Roger Williams Park to find all 25 Peace Birds, created by local musician, community gardener and neighbor of the Park, Phil Edmonds.  The origami peace bird is a symbol of peace around the world and a simple expression of beauty with a single piece of paper.

Can you find all 25?  Take a photo of the birds you find and tag us @RWPConservancy and @rogerwilliamspark
