Meet at the Museum of Natural History (map)

Explore the trails of Roger Williams Park with Museum of Natural History Director Renée Gamba while learning about the night sky and nocturnal animals. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes.

This FREE event is offered in partnership with the Roger Williams Park Conservancy. Pre-registration is preferred. Call (401) 680-7224 or email [email protected] to register.

We`re so excited to welcome Julie Gearan back for another Slow Looking in Color and Line workshop at Roger Williams Park! This time, we`re gathering at the Rose Garden (near the Elmwood Ave. entrance, and across the street from the Betsey Williams Cottage) on Sunday, October 18, 12-2 PM.

Just bring yourself, your creative spirit, and a chair (if you`d like) to this free drawing workshop. All experience levels welcome, and supplies are provided!

Roger Williams Park Conservancy is hosting a screening of this impactful documentary created by @momsfirstus about what motherhood looks like in America today, at the @rwpbotanicalcenter.

Joining us for the screening and a Q&A panel after the film are representatives from local organizations @collectiveactionri, @rikidscount, and @unitedwayri. This open dialogue and opportunity for resource-sharing is designed to embody the film`s premise: that motherhood in America is not a private struggle but a collective one.
