Join us for special sensory-friendly mornings an hour before the Dragons & Mythical Creatures experience opens to the public: designed for those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and sensory processing differences and their families from 8-9 am.

We`re so excited to welcome Julie Gearan back for another Slow Looking in Color and Line workshop at Roger Williams Park! This time, we`re gathering at the Rose Garden (near the Elmwood Ave. entrance, and across the street from the Betsey Williams Cottage) on Sunday, October 18, 12-2 PM.

Just bring yourself, your creative spirit, and a chair (if you`d like) to this free drawing workshop. All experience levels welcome, and supplies are provided!

Roger Williams Park Conservancy is hosting a screening of this impactful documentary created by @momsfirstus about what motherhood looks like in America today, at the @rwpbotanicalcenter.

Joining us for the screening and a Q&A panel after the film are representatives from local organizations @collectiveactionri, @rikidscount, and @unitedwayri. This open dialogue and opportunity for resource-sharing is designed to embody the film`s premise: that motherhood in America is not a private struggle but a collective one.
