Free activities include Bachata on Wednesdays (July 10 - Sept. 4, 6:30-7:30pm), Drumming Circle on Thursdays (July 25 - Aug. 22, 6-7pm), Noche de Bici (Aug. 8, 5:30pm), Art en La Broa' (Aug. 6, 5:30-7pm), and Fiesta del Barrio (Aug. 28, 5:30-7pm). Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.
