Perfect For Everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This open dialogue and opportunity for resource-sharing is designed to embody the film`s premise: that motherhood in America is not a private struggle but a collective one.
