Get ready to sweat, dance, and have a blast in Kiki’s high-energy Zumba class! Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves to create a dynamic and fun workout experience. This cardio-based class is designed for all fitness levels, featuring routines inspired by salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and more, with easy-to-follow choreography that lets you feel the beat and burn calories.
