Event Series: Winter Walks with Edgewood Village Common

Edgewood Village offers Weekly Winter Walks in Roger Williams Park through June 20, weather permitting. Meet at the park’s Botanical Center parking lot at 2:30 PM, for a social and rejuvenating walk. Walks last one hour and are on paved surfaces, with gradual hills.

The Edgewood Village is a neighbor-based membership organization, a local village of The Village Common of Rhode Island. The goal is support older neighbors in order to remain independent at home as we age. We welcome new members and these weekly free walks are a great glimpse into this local chapter. All are welcome to join! More information can be found on Edgewood Village’s website.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.
