Meet at the Museum of Natural History (map)

Museum of Natural History docent and archivist Richard Siembab leads a special walking tour of the historic Williams family cemetery in Roger Williams Park. Learn exactly who is buried here and what those curious symbols on the headstones really mean. Richard, a longtime member of the Association of Gravestone Studies, brings a wealth of knowledge to this frequently overlooked park culture resource.

Program fee: $3 per adult; free for museum members. Pre-registration required. Please call (401) 680-7221 or email [email protected] for more information about registering.

Note: This program is part of the Museum’s lifelong learners series, which is just for adults. Pets are not permitted on walking tours.
