Tai Chi Paradigm® Introduction – Beginner Level

The Gateway Center at Roger Williams Park (Broad Street entrance)
Fridays, 6:30-7:30 PM (fall/winter schedule)

An active class that includes a fundamental training program with exercises and practice of integrated Tai Chi movements. Improve balance and coordination, develop stability and strength, and wind down from the busy week. Simple but effective in approach, and suitable for beginners.

Roger Williams Park Conservancy is hosting a screening of this impactful documentary created by @momsfirstus about what motherhood looks like in America today, at the @rwpbotanicalcenter.

Joining us for the screening and a Q&A panel after the film are representatives from local organizations @collectiveactionri, @rikidscount, and @unitedwayri. This open dialogue and opportunity for resource-sharing is designed to embody the film`s premise: that motherhood in America is not a private struggle but a collective one.
