All classes will take place in-perso in the tranquil setting of RWP Botanical Center on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30, December 1st through January 5th. Experience how Tai Chi can embrace your mind, body, and spirit! Sign up for the whole series or individual sessions.

“Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention” is a program developed by Dr. Paul Lam, founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. This program is supported for safety and effectiveness by the CDC, and the Arthritis Foundations of America, Australia, and Arthritis Care UK.
