Tuesday mornings 6:00am – 6:45am

Sunrise Yoga is for everyone. This is a simple breath centric yoga class that will fill you with joy and gratitude. It is based on Left Right Yoga, a gentle meditative style created by Tom Gillette, an old time yoga teacher from RI. In this practice, we focus on the breath first thing in the morning everyday. Bring temperature appropriate clothing for simple standing postures.

No yoga mats needed.

Come 10 minutes early.

Skip a trip to the grocery store and head to the RWP Gateway Center this Saturday, August 1, 9 AM-12 PM, for the @africanallianceofrhodeisland Pop-Up Farmers Market, and support local farmers!

Shop locally grown produce, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal fruits, and enjoy music from DJ Flip and learn more about community resources. WIC, SFMNP, SNAP (Double Up Food Bucks), Square, and more are accepted.
