This HIIT class (high intensity interval training) features 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight-only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.
Please bring a towel and water, and arrive early to your first class to complete a waiver; must be signed by parent/guardian for those under 18.
This FREE class is held weekly on Roger Williams Parkβs Boathouse lawn (weather permitting) and is offered in partnership with the City of Providence/Providence Parks DepartmentΒ Fitness in the ParksΒ program.
