Slow down with us. How can rest and relaxation transform community? What tension are we ready to release and restore?

All bodies are welcome — crying babies, youth, chosen families, mothers, fathers, elders, BIPOC folks and LGBTQ+ folks. Come late, leave early, or ignore all directions and do your own thing. Haus of Glitter classes are an invitation for you to love your body. Bring water and a yoga mat (and/or towel or blanket) to practice at the Temple to Music.
