Meet at the Museum of Natural History (map)

Join a Roger Williams Park nature walk the first Saturday of the month to discover the great variety of plants and animals inhabiting the 435 acre urban park. These walks will familiarize you with the geography of the Park while a naturalist from the Museum of Natural History teaches you how to identify wildflowers and common animals. From milkweed to muskrats, come gain a greater appreciation for urban wildlife. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes for this walk.

This program is offered FREE in partnership with the Roger Williams Park Conservancy. Pre-registration is preferred. Call (401) 680-7221 or email [email protected] to register.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.

Hope to see you there!
