Fitness in the Park: Hush Meditation

Sunday mornings on June 11, July 16, and August 27 at 8:30AM

A FREE mindfulness meditation celebration. Session to include loving kindness meditation, original poetry and sound bath. Please bring your own mat.

This event is presented by Roger Williams Park Conservancy in partnership with HUSH Providence, bringing mindfulness to the local community to create awareness, celebrate iconic spaces and leverage opportunities to connect one moment at a time.

WHERE: Roger Williams Park Temple to Music – 1000 Elmwood Avenue, 02907

WHEN: Sunday mornings on June 11, July 16, and August 27 at 8:30AM

All Fitness in the Parks program participants must complete a waiver before participating in their first activity. Waivers can be turned in to the instructor of the first class you attend. Download Providence Park Activities Waiver HERE.
