Cancelled – Moon Walks in RWP

Wednesday, February 12th, 6:30 – 7:30

 

Due to snow covered paths and ice, the Moon walk on February 12th, is cancelled. Cloudy skies also will block the Moon from view. Thanks everyone!

Explore the moonlit trails of Roger Williams Park with the Museum of Natural History and Roger Williams Park Conservancy. Learn more about the night sky and history of the park. Free walk meets at the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Mild hike with some hills and uneven terrain.

Pets and strollers are not permitted.

September means it`s International Coastal Cleanup season – you`ll be among thousands of participants worldwide collecting and documenting what you pick up to contribute important data on marine (including watershed) debris, while helping beautify your favorite park!
