Flip a rock, find a bug – celebrate International Rock Flipping Day at the Museum of Natural History!

Unleash your inner child and discover the diversity of life that is hidden under rocks, boulders, and even the pebbles beneath your feet. Discover the secret life of creatures that hide from the beating sun during day, from beetles to salamanders, caterpillars to snails, and centipedes to crickets.

Program fee: $3 per person (includes museum admission); free for museum members. Children under age 4 are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Pre-registration is preferred.
