International Observe the Moon Night in Roger Williams Park

Saturday, September 14, 6:30pm-8:00pm

Join the Museum of Natural History and LunaSCOPE for International Observe the Moon Night! This global event invites citizens around the world to observe and learn more about our Moon. Learn about the formation of craters, listen to Moon-themed stories, speak to a NASA scientist and enjoy evening hike at 7:30pm in Roger Williams Park.

All ages are welcome for the FREE program, no registration required. Pets and Strollers are not permitted.

We're excited to host another Save the Bay clean-up at the softball fields at Roger Williams Park on September 18, 10 AM-12 PM! Mark your calendars, and sign up online (link in bio) to be a part of this community effort to beautify the park, while also contributing important data to International Coastal Cleanup as we pick up trash and record what we find!
