Xtreme Hip-Hop puts a modern twist on the popular step aerobics fitness routines first made popular in the 90s. This program is one of the most energetic step aerobics fitness experiences, featuring a breakdown of all beginner moves, followed by a step workout to today’s most popular hip-hop songs. Register here.
