Event Series: Bird Walk

Meet at the Museum of Natural History (map)

Join a walk to explore Roger Williams Park and search for fall migrants among the colorful fall foliage. Some possible sightings include migrating hawks and warblers along with osprey, hooded mergansers, common goldeneye, great blue herons and bufflehead in the Park’s ponds. Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes for this walk.

Program fee: $3 per person (includes museum admission); free for museum members. Pre-registration is preferred. Call (401) 680-7224 or email [email protected] to register.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the Peace Bench, dedicated to survivors of violence and presented by Safer Communities for Justice. Bring your family, friends, and positive energy as we stand together for unity, hope, and safer communities for all.
