Class cancelled due to inclement weather.

Walk taller, feel stronger! This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the core and back muscles and increase flexibility. The class will include a variety of equipment.

Please bring water and your own mat to enjoy the cool down portion of the class, and arrive early to your first class to complete a waiver; must be signed by parent/guardian for those under 18.

This FREE class is held weekly on Roger Williams Park’s Boathouse lawn (weather permitting) and is offered in partnership with the City of Providence/Providence Parks Department Fitness in the Parks program.

We’re counting down the days until our signature garden party fundraiser extravaganza: Rosé in the Roses! The biennial event invites guests to don a fancy dress or floral button-up, and spend an evening at the @rwpbotanicalcenter, where wine and conversation will be flowing.
