Tai Chi, originating as a Chinese martial art, is now recognized as a rejuvenating art practiced for its evidence-based health benefits to:
• Improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength
• Increase circulation of joint fluid (potentially decreasing pain)
• Enhance internal energy and improve immunity
• Release tension and calm the mind
In this beginner-friendly class, we will learn and practice a short Tai Chi form to improve health and well-being.
