Event Series: Bird Walk

The Museum of Natural History and Planetarium hosts guided bird walks the first Sunday morning of each month. Participants will search the canopy for warblers, tanagers and more, and check the ponds for herons and egrets. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring binoculars if you have them. All skill levels are welcome. Walks start at the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium.

Program fee per session: $3 per person (includes museum admission); free for museum members.Recommended for ages 6 and older. Pets are not permitted.

We're so excited to be partnering with @pechakuchapvd for this month's event at @rwpbotanicalcenter! Teaming up with @bloom_rhode_island and @the_ri_freedom_collective, the theme, "Out of the Woods," features stories about what it takes to emerge stronger, clearer, and ready to grow, whether traversing literal woods or making your way through brain fog.

Following the PechaKucha format of 20 images for 20 seconds each, this month's lineup of community presenters are sure to inspire and entertain!
