There may be rain in the forecast, but we`re crossing our fingers for a break in the clouds during this week`s full itinerary of happenings in the Park! Before you grab the keys, check this space for any updates!

♟ Drop-in Chess continues Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for all ages and skill levels.
🌸 De-stress with a relaxing Mental Health Morning session at the Botanical Center Thursday at 9 AM.
🎥 Bring the whole family to the Boathouse Lawn for the monthly Movies in the Park series (on Thursday this time instead of Friday!), screening The Princess Bride, with free popcorn!
🌳 Wear your garden gloves and sturdy shoes to clean up the Park with Save the Bay at 9 AM on Friday.
🎷 The FirstWorks Summer Beats season is going strong with Friday`s concert at 6 PM, featuring The William Cepeda & Elio Villafranca Sextet: Merging Roots. @pvd_foodtruckevents offers a host of delicious fare nearby!

This holiday weekend, a visit to the @@rwpzoo lets guests go even further back in time to see prehistoric dinosaurs (through August 10)! 🦖

The @firstworksri Summer Beats series returns to the Park next week! Bring a blanket or chairs and grab a spot on the lawn to soak up some rays while listening to two renowned musicians: pioneer of Afro-Rican jazz, William Cepeda, and Cuban pianist and composer, Elio Villafranca. Their dynamic approach to jazz blends musical traditions of their homelands, highlighting cultural resilience through rhythm, improvisation, and storytelling.
