Help Plant Trees In Roger Williams Park
On Earth Day, April 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM the Providence Parks Department’s Forestry Division will plant 20 trees near the Broad Street entrance to Roger Williams Park. You are invited to “dig in” and help get the next generation of trees off to a healthy start on life in the park! Your hard work will help keep the park cool and shady for years to come, and it is a great way to meet people. We want to thank our friends at One Tree Planted for helping to fund this planting project and others like it in Roger Williams Park and all around the world. This is a rain or shine event.
