Thank you to the bottle cap brigade – AKA all the volunteers who came out for our cleanup with @savethebayri on Friday! As part of the International Coastal Cleanup initiative, we counted every piece of trash collected, including hundreds of bottle caps!

Thanks to @pvdparks for supporting the cleanup, and for keeping the park beautiful every day!

Stay tuned for details on the next cleanup as we head into fall.

Thank you to @ocean_state_ellary for hosting Monday evening gentle yoga sessions these past couple of months, and to everyone who joined us on the lawn outside the Betsey Williams Cottage! As the evenings get cooler, we`re ending the season a little early, so we won`t be gathering next Monday, September 21. Enjoy the start of autumn! 🍂

Join us this Friday at 10 AM for a Save the Bay cleanup at Roger Williams Park! September means it`s International Coastal Cleanup season – you`ll be among thousands of participants worldwide collecting and documenting what you pick up to contribute important data on marine (including watershed) debris, while helping beautify your favorite park!

Sign up (link in bio) to be part of the cleanup at the softball fields on September 18!

Save the date! On October 22 at 6 PM, we`re screening No Country for Mothers, a documentary about what motherhood really looks like in America today, following activist Reshma Saujani.

We’re working with local organizations to reach mothers in our city and state. A Q&A session will follow the film with a panel of professionals.

Would hope you can join us for this free screening at the @rwpbotanicalcenter! Register online (link in bio), and stay tuned for details!
