If you`re setting intentions for more relaxation and mindfulness this new year (which we highly recommend doing), Roger Williams Park is a great place to start! Numerous paths offer opportunities to reset during a walk in nature, and did you know there are multiple yoga and Tai Chi classes hosted by our partners?

🍃Greenhouse Yoga with Molly at the @rwpbotanicalcenter begins January 13, and takes place every Tuesday at 9 AM. Watch for next month`s Tai Chi class (every first Tuesday at 11 AM), too!

🧘‍♀️And at the @rwpgatewaycenter, sign up for Beginner Tai Chi Friday evenings at 6:30 PM, and Yoga for Everybody happens every Saturday at 9 AM (plus a variety of fitness programs throughout the week)!

🎷 The @rwpbotanicalcenter closes out their All Aboard for the Holidays train display with a can`t-miss Jazz Afternoon on Sunday, 1-2 PM, featuring the Max Claros Jazz Trio.

✒️ Purchase tickets now for the @rwpmuseum`s Drawing Wild From the Collection on Monday, 1-4 PM. This private program lets artists of all skill levels explore the collection, with an artist instructor on hand to give feedback.
