Please note: this class will be held at Carolyn Dutra Dance Studio at 95 Rolfe Square in Cranston due to forecasted thunderstorms.

This outdoor class is designed for improving community health and happiness. Enjoy being outside and moving mindfully on your mat while breathing fresh air in the beautiful surroundings of Roger Williams Park.

The class will be both energizing and relaxing as it flows from a calm to uplifting pace. Build stability, strength and focus through a practice of slowing down and being present by using steady breath, holding foundational postures and mindful movements.  This is a great class for beginners and is accessible to students of all levels.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you’d like to use.

Please arrive early to your first class to complete a waiver; must be signed by parent/guardian for those under 18.

This FREE class is presented by the Roger Williams Park Conservancy as part of Fitness in the Parks Providence. Donations are welcome to support Park programs and preservation.
