Meet at the Dalrymple Boathouse (map)

Calling all walking fans! On Wednesday evenings in May, the Roger Williams Park Conservancy is piloting a new weekly walking group, in response to public feedback. The group offers an opportunity to get active while exploring new areas of the Park and meeting new people.

These free walks will primarily follow the Park’s paved walking paths at a moderate pace, covering approximately 2-3 miles. Wear comfortable walking shoes. In case of inclement weather, please check the Conservancy’s social media accounts for event updates.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.

Hope to see you there!
