Roger Williams Park Clean Ups with Save the Bay

Monthly Community Clean Ups with Save the Bay, second Friday of every month.

Friday, June 9th 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

THIS CLEAN UP IS FULL

Advance registration required, click here.

Get involved and help keep Roger Williams Park clean! Trash in our parks, ponds and rivers is ugly and dangerous to wildlife. Cleanups are a great way for volunteers to make a difference! This cleanup is hosted by Save The Bay in partnership with Roger Williams Park Conservancy  and the Providence Parks Department.

You will be picking up trash and debris to improve the habitat and the appearance of the lakes and ponds, and it is a great way to meet people. This is a rain or shine event so please dress for the weather, and for mud; boots would be useful! More information online when you sign up.

MEETING LOCATION HAS CHANGED from the original posting! We will now meet near the Park Avenue entrance to Roger Williams Park, near the waterfall/dam.  See MAP for exact location (you can navigate there with that link), and watch a quick video showing you the location.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.

Hope to see you there!
