Tai Chi, originating as a Chinese martial art, is now recognized as a rejuvenating art practiced for its evidence-based health benefits to:
• Improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength
• Increase circulation of joint fluid (potentially decreasing pain)
• Enhance internal energy and improve immunity
• Release tension and calm the mind
In this beginner-friendly class, we will learn and practice a short Tai Chi form to improve health and well-being.

All Fitness in the Parks program participants must complete a waiver before participating in their first activity. Waivers can be turned in to the instructor of the first class you attend. Download Providence Park Activities Waiver.

We’re counting down the days until our signature garden party fundraiser extravaganza: Rosé in the Roses! The biennial event invites guests to don a fancy dress or floral button-up, and spend an evening at the @rwpbotanicalcenter, where wine and conversation will be flowing.
