Walks meet at the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium.

Program is presented for FREE in partnership with the Roger Williams Park Conservancy. Recommended for ages 6 and older. Pets are not permitted.

Pre-registration is preferred. Call (401) 680-7221 or email [email protected] to register.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.

Hope to see you there!
