Mental Health Mornings April

It was a beautiful day for a cleanup at Roger Williams Park this morning! Huge thank you to everyone who showed up for a fun "spring cleaning" – I think the fresh air was as good for us as the trash pick-up was for the park! 🌎🌞

And thank you to @savethebayri for partnering with us to lead the cleanup, and @pvdparks for providing trash pickers and supplies!

We`re so excited to be partnering with @pechakuchapvd for this month`s event at @rwpbotanicalcenter! Teaming up with @bloom_rhode_island and @the_ri_freedom_collective, the theme, "Out of the Woods," features stories about what it takes to emerge stronger, clearer, and ready to grow, whether traversing literal woods or making your way through brain fog.

Following the PechaKucha format of 20 images for 20 seconds each, this month`s lineup of community presenters are sure to inspire and entertain!

You can also see a row of fully blooming trees near the Bandstand and by the Casino, and the hill next to the Betsey Williams Cottage is purple with spring flowers – just to name a few stunning spots this time of year!
