Fitness in the Park: Zumba

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Brought to you by the Providence Parks Department’s Fitness in the Parks program.

Perfect For Everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you will see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Please Register HERE.

WHERE: Roger Williams Park Temple to Music – 1000 Elmwood Avenue, 02907

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.

Hope to see you there!
