Join Superintendent of Providence Parks Wendy Nilsson for a Women’s Trail Run Clinic at Roger Williams Park!

This event is designed to introduce runners to RWP’s newly refurbished trails and share tips about how to transition from running on roadways to running on trails. Safety will also be discussed.

Rhode Runner will share samples of apparel/gear and provide a special surprise for all who attend!

* All are welcome! This event is for any women runner (beginner to advanced) who wants to explore the trails! *
