Bachata/Merengue Dance

Saturdays, 11 AM – 12 PM
The Gateway Center

Learn the basics of two of the most popular Latin dance styles! This class is designed for dancers of all levels who want to experience the rhythm, energy, and joy of bachata and merengue. You’ll learn bachata’s signature hip movements and along with the upbeat, lively steps of merengue.

Take a moment to unwind and spend time with other people during two Mental Health Mornings on the calendar this winter: February 12 and March 14, 9-10 AM.

Join us for an hour of calm in the magical space of the @rwpbotanicalcenter with a relaxed session guided by health expert Sandra Victorino, co-founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of Rhode Island with her own practice. Each session is free, but registration (link in bio) is required to keep the group to a reasonable size.
