Meet under the beautiful sycamore tree by Betsey Williams Cottage to enjoy a summer story and make a craft in lovely Roger Williams Park.

Storytime is FREE and open to the public.

All ages welcome. Pets are not permitted.

Presented by the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium.

The sycamore tree is beside the Betsey Williams Cottage located near Roger Williams Park’s Elmwood Avenue entrance. Parking is available on streets surrounding the Rose Garden; see a Roger Williams Park map. In the event of rain the program will be held inside the Betsey Williams Cottage.

The @pechakuchapvd team is partnering with @bloom_rhode_island and @the_ri_freedom_collective to present "Out of the Woods": stories about what it takes to emerge stronger, clearer, and ready to grow, following the PechaKucha format of 20 images for 20 seconds each.

All you need is the camera on your phone to join a fun and informative mobile photography workshop led by RWPC Program Manager José Ramirez (@jram9808) on Saturday, May 9, 10-11 AM. The workshop is free, but space is limited – follow the link in bio to sign up! 📸🌸
We're so excited to be partnering with @pechakuchapvd for this month's event at @rwpbotanicalcenter! Teaming up with @bloom_rhode_island and @the_ri_freedom_collective, the theme, "Out of the Woods," features stories about what it takes to emerge stronger, clearer, and ready to grow, whether traversing literal woods or making your way through brain fog.

Following the PechaKucha format of 20 images for 20 seconds each, this month's lineup of community presenters are sure to inspire and entertain!
