Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi, originating as a Chinese martial art, is now recognized as a rejuvenating art practiced for its evidence-based health benefits to:
โข Improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength
โข Increase circulation of joint fluid (potentially decreasing pain)
โข Enhance internal energy and improve immunity
โข Release tension and calm the mind
In this beginner-friendly class, we will learn and practice a short Tai Chi form to improve health and well-being.
