Tai Chi, originating as a Chinese martial art, is now recognized as a rejuvenating art practiced for its evidence-based health benefits to:
• Improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength
• Increase circulation of joint fluid (potentially decreasing pain)
• Enhance internal energy and improve immunity
• Release tension and calm the mind
In this beginner-friendly class, we will learn and practice a short Tai Chi form to improve health and well-being.

WHEN: Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

JUNE – June 8, June 15, June 22, and June 29 at 6:00PM
JULY – July 6, July 13, July 20, and July 27 at 6:00PM
AUGUST – August 3, August 10, August 17, and August 24 at 6:00PM

All Fitness in the Parks program participants must complete a waiver before participating in their first activity. Waivers can be turned in to the instructor of the first class you attend. Download Providence Park Activities Waiver.
