At the Dalrymple Boathouse (map)

Fitness in the Park returns for a winter session! In this beginner series, learn foundational Pilates movements that will challenge you to engage the breath, move with control and precision, and build strength in the core. When practiced regularly, Pilates strengthens and lengthens the muscles, helps improve posture, and helps improve regular functional movement.

No previous experience is necessary; ages 18+. Please bring your own mat (thick yoga mats are ideal) and wear clothes that you can move comfortably in.

Space is limited; series pre-registration is requested. Click here to register.

This class is presented free of charge by the Roger Williams Park Conservancy, but a suggested donation of $10 for the series is welcome to support Park programs and preservation projects
